According to the NAHB's Q4 Housing Trends Report, the share of adults planning to buy a home within 12 months fell for two consecutive quarters, going from 17% in Q2, to 16% and 15% in Q3 and Q42021, respectively.  The goal of the quarterly report is measure prospective home buyers' perceptions about the availability and affordability of homes for-sale in their markets.
