Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for November -Garland, TX

Buyers were snapping up properties in November

Home sales jumped 20% as compared to last November. Pending sales were up 10%. Sales prices continued to climb with the average price rising 17% and the median price up 20%. New listings provided no relief down 2%. The number of active listings were down 29%. The months of inventory (a measure of supply/demand) is now at 0.5 months.
