The average sales price increased 30% and the median sales price rose 32% as buyers went after higher priced properties. New listings provided no help with the inventory shortage down 3%. The number of active listings dropped by 55% taking the months of inventory down to 0.7 months. As long as supply remains low prices will continue to rise.
