Crow Holdings has completed raising $2.3 billion of investor commitments for its latest value-add fund, Crow Holdings Realty Partner IX LP. The Dallas investment manager, which has $21 billion of assets under management, originally had placed a $2 billion hard cap on the vehicle, but it was oversubscribed. It's already made 62 investments.
