DELAWARE – CG Boyce Real Estate Co. and Coldwell Banker Realty have teamed up to bring the legendary real estate brand back to Delaware.
As part of the move, Toby E. Boyce and Suzanne M. Holt are moving from the independent brokerage company to Coldwell Banker Realty's new branch office at 11½ West Winter Street.
"CG Boyce Real Estate Co. became a household name in Delaware with only two realtors," said Boyce of the brokerage firm that took second place in 2019 and third place this year in the Delaware Gazette Reader's Awards.
In addition, the organization was the winner of the Nextdoor Neighborhood Award from 2017 to 2019.
"I can't wait to see what we can do with Coldwell Banker's amazing reputation in historic downtown Delaware," said Boyce.
Coldwell Banker is the third largest real estate company in the United States with more than 3,000 offices worldwide. Its history dates back to 1906 and is currently a member of the Realogy family. The Realogy family is the largest real estate conglomerate in the country, with more than $ 170 billion from more than 325,000 closed pages in 2019.
An Ohio State University alum, Holt has been in the real estate business since 2016, working primarily with residential real estate buyers and sellers in the greater Knox County area. She is a member of the Knox County Board of REALTORS. Suzanne is married to Mike Holt and the couple live on their farm in rural Mount Vernon.
They have three children and one grandchild.
A Delaware resident, Boyce has just completed his 15th year in real estate and has earned numerous real estate designations, including the Graduate Realtors Institute, and is currently a candidate for the CCIM. A native of Danville, he converted his business to serve the commercial real estate needs of the greater Central Ohio community.
He is Vice President of the DelCo Profit Builders BNI Chapter and a member of the Board of Directors of the Ohio Commercial Real Estate Exchangors Organization. Boyce received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mount Union and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Heidelberg.
Boyce is married to Gretchen Boyce and the couple have a four-year-old daughter, Olivia.
"Personally, I'm really looking forward to getting back to what I do best – helping people," said Boyce.
As planning progresses, an official celebration of the new location and a ribbon cut is planned for this summer.
