We have a chair class in the shop this week, and it started Saturday morning. On the second class day (Sunday, in this case), we always set up sanding stations in the machine room on the table saw…which means the table saw is out of commission. So I scurried around Saturday morning to pick up wood for my pantry renovation, then hurried to get it all cut to size, planed up and glued up into shelves. In between answering Open Wire questions. (I need to have this project done by Thanksgiving!) Turns out, sitting on one's butt on the couch for a few months with a broken ankle is a good incentive for getting all those unfinished house projects moving along! I got tired of staring at the work not taking place. I hope I don't break anything else…but if I do, as dog is my witness, there will be no unfinished house projects staring at me!
