This week, I'm souping up my workbench – stay tuned on the blog for more on that front. Chris is on his way to the lumberyard as I write this to pick up stock for himself and for my wee project, while I'm covering the storefront until 2 p.m. You'll find us at 407 Madison Ave., Covington, Ky., 41011. For now, the hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., but we will soon have expanded hours, thanks to Katherine Schwarz's joining LAP as of today. Right now, she's helping to pick and pack your weekend orders. Please send warm thoughts of welcome Katherine's way!
Below is a look as what we've been up to online over the last seven days.

LAP Open Wire: June 14, 2025
Saturday, Chris and I spent most of the day driving to and from Bluffton Indiana to pick up a new (old) storage cabinet for the workshop (it's very cool, we couldn't make it for what we paid…and anyway, we love antiques). So, for questions I couldn't answer, I took dictation for Open Wire. Thanks for keeping us entertained on the drive – and I encourage anyone who wasn't able to join us on Saturday to check out the Q&A for your own entertainment and edification.
