So, what is OUR minimum commission rate for Sellers? ZERO! That's right, we offer a special type of Seller agreement where the Seller can choose to pay ZERO percent commission out of their pocket!
What about Buyers? Can Buyers pay Zero? Yes, of course, Buyers often pay ZERO out of their pocket because Sellers often pay a total commission that compensates Buyer's agents. But, we also offer Buyer rebates under certain conditions, so Buyers may pay LESS THAN ZERO!
