With weather instability conditions lately, you need to be more aggressive in protecting your body! 
Sometimes, you want to cheer yourself up and you think what should you do. Many times, this thought opens the door to a flood of possibilities in your mind.
The best thing to do is to keep some kind of a reminder for yourself. For example, a folder includes your cheerful songs or topics. Make it handy and accessible so that you don't have to go through a merry go round.
Keep it simple and nearby.
Many sites talk about cheerfulness and happiness. The majority claims that happiness and cheerfulness come from inside of you, is this true?
How about when you see your beloved ones and you feel all cheerful just for the sake of seeing them? How about when a friend calls you and you feel like you're up in the sky, isn't this be considered an outside factor that gives you happiness?
Also, how about writing a nice post and you feel satisfaction being able to express yourself for others, would this be considered internal or external trigger to happiness? But also there is one very important idea missing from all writings. In your next post, you'll get it.
