Enrique & Marleni were introduced to us by Marleni's sister, Ana Casarrubias, who had bought a house with us back in February of 2016. We had kept in touch with Ana since then and once her sister was ready, she immediately contacted us to give her the best advise possible and to guide her to accomplish her dream of home ownership. Thank you Ana, for your trust and support by referring multiple friends and family members thru the years.
We First spoke with Enrique over the phone and after a few questions we determined they were ready to meet for a "Getting to Know You" meeting to discuss the buying process, answer any questions they had and to set a plan of action that would allowed them to meet their dream of becoming home owners.
We found out that they had already received a pre-approval letter from an online lender that had not review much of their documentation. So, we encourage them to go thru the pre-approval process with one of our preferred lenders Adriana Clapper, from Envoy Mortgage, who by the way, was the same loan officer that helped Marleni's sister 6 years ago.
They follow the guidance and contacted Adriana and it really was worth it. One of the credit bureaus had an issue with the credit and Adriana was able, not only to identify it before we entered into contract, but to address it and solve it, so that the transaction itself could be as smooth as possible. Once the issue was solved, Adriana provided us with a great pre-approval letter.

With the approval letter in hand, we reviewed their search criteria and started to look for a house. Not long after, we found a great size house in a fantastic location that fitted perfectly for them. After evaluating the market of the specific neighborhood and the different loan options and numbers, we were able to guide them to prepare the best purchase offer they felt comfortable with.
Once again, they followed our guidance and together, we were able to beat multiple offers while still got the 3% sellers help needed for closing. On top of that, the house ended up appraising for $10,000 more than the final sales price.
The house, a fabulous raised-rambler home with three full bedrooms and two and half bathrooms with plenty space for the entire family, solar panels and ready to make it their own with just a little TLC. Most importantly with instant equity from the get-go! Wow, What a great deal!
