According to GoSkills the top 10 resolutions for New Year's were: Exercise more Lose weight Get organized Learn a new skill or hobby  Live life to the fullest Save more money / spend less money Quit smoking Spend more time with family and friends Travel more Read more No big surprises on the list-but like many good intentions they usually disappear by the end of March.  There's a strategy in business to "over-deliver" whatever you promise.  So in 2023, I'm tackling 1 or 2 items - knowing I have a better chance at success if I'm realistic.  The goal to "over-deliver" can help motivate me across the finish line.
