Presley & Eva were introduced to us by Reach Ascension, previous client in multiple occasions and friend of us for a long time. Thank you Reach for your trust and support by referring multiple friends and family members to us.

We first had a phone conversation with Presley and learn that they were looking to upgrade to a bigger house and wanted to do it before the end of the year. We then schedule an online a Getting to Know You meeting. Although they had bought a property in the past with another relator, we went thru the entire buying process and clarify questions that remained unanswered from their previous experience.

We went thru a pre-qualification exercise and realized that they were ready to get pre-approved to buy their next home. So, we introduced them to one of our preferred lenders Adriana Clapper, from Envoy Mortgage, who work with them to finalized the details and generated a strong pre-approval letter that gave them the most financial advantage over other potential buyers in the market.

With the approval letter in hand, we reviewed their search criteria and started to look for a house. With a very specific location desired, there were not that many options and we realized that once we found the house of their choice, we would have to act fast and strong.

We identify a coming soon property that they liked and were interested on seeing it. but it was not expected to be available for two weeks. Suddenly, they change the status to active before the expected time and it became available a week earlier. We were ready. We schedule a showing for the very first day and they confirmed they original feelings for the house, they loved it and wanted to buy it.

We immediately guide them to prepare the best purchase offer they felt comfortable with, one that will ensure they will get the house. We also set a time limit on the offer to help the sellers decide to accept it and indeed they did.

In a changing market with loan requirements and guidelines adjusting, with the help of Adriana Clapper, from Envoy Mortgage, they were able to obtain the clear to close the week before closing and at a great rate.

The house, a well maintained and ready to move-in single family home with close to 2,500 sqft of space for 4 bedrooms, and 2 and 1 half bathrooms in Silver Spring. It has a carport, a driveway, a great backyard and, lots of indoor space.
