Rolando, Milagros (Husband and Wife) and their son Martin, were introduced to us by a previous client and friend of ours Sergio Daniel Ramos, who we helped to buy a Single-Family House in Gaithersburg back 2017. When we first spoke to Rolando, we set an appointment go over the buying process. Due to time constraints of their work, this FREE consultation was performed virtually via zoom. However, all questions were answered and a plan to help them become homeowners was put in place.
First, they got connected with very reputable and experienced loan officer, Romy Espino with Prosperity Home Mortgage, who assessed their financial situation and gave them a strong pre-approval letter that put the Lopez Family in a great position to secure a house.
We then met again to clarify their search criteria based on their purchase ability and started to look for houses.
With one of the strongest seller's real estate markets in place, we visited several houses and submitted offers in a few. However, we were beaten by other buyers who were willing to offer higher prices on them.
Finally, we found the perfect house for them, one that they did not want to lose. So, we crafted an unbeatable offer to secure it and we got the contract.
The house, a spacious 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms Townhome located a short distance from Kentland's Market Square and with Bamboo floors, updated kitchen and bathrooms, vaulted ceilings and a recently installed roof.
All of this happened with once again an exceptionally smooth settlement process facilitated by the Classic Settlements.
