-Reduces the risk of heart disease 

-Lowers cholesterol 

-Helps brain function

-Helps blood flow

-And...makes us happy 😊

Now that we have a new love of dark chocolate, other than enjoying it like any other candy bar, what can we do with it? 

Here are some ideas:
