If writing this triggers another, I will stop until better. so many peope have told me they wish they could understand what People go through with Anxiety & Panic attacks. i am not sure if they are the same for everybody but this is the first time I have had one that I was able to write so soon after. anxiety is an extreme moment of fear and by extreme, I mean, stop you in your tracks, cold sweat, terror that just paralyzes you. it is an unknown fear and hat makes it even worse because you do not know what caused it or why. those are harder for me than the ones where I know what brings the Anxiety on . Panic attacks are where you can be anywhere, anytime and suddenly your hearts feels like it is going to beat out of your Chest and you can actually see your Heart beating like that. it is also terrifying. you feel scared, dizzy, and sometimes just your mind is racing on how to stop it. sometimes you cannot even think. i have learned SOME methods that help me. In Anxiety or Panic Attack moments, I always keep an ice pack and two cold waters in a pack. It is one of the packs that you can carry and keep things cold. I apply the ice pack to my neck and/ or chest. Then I try to slow my breathing. Panic attacks are a bit harder but I do the same thing and sometimes grab someone's hand And hold onto it. (Someone i know of course). yes, I had to stop a couple of times but I hope it helps someone who wants to know so they can at least help someone they may know or love who has this.
