December Property sales were 1,818, down -11.1% from 2,046 in December of 2020 and -12.8% lower than the 2,084 sales last month. December 2021 sales were at a mid-level compared to December of 2020 and 2019. December YTD sales of 24,490 are running 3.6% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 23,648

According to the National Association of Realtors® the numbers through November. (Always a month behind)
NAR reports: "November 2021 brought 6.46 million in sales, a median sales price of $353,900, and 2.1 months of inventory. The median sales price is up 13.9% year over year, and inventory is down 13.3% from November 2020."
