Pending sales were down 19%.  Sale prices continued to rise with the average sales price up 37% as buyers are having to offer over the list price to get that dream home. The median ales price climbed 30%. New listings were no help off by 18%. Active listings were 53% lower than last October. The months of inventory now stands at 0.5 months.
