We pick up where the last book left off, with Dante kissing Camille. I love the mother's heart in Camille, looking out for her daughter. Not wanting to complicate the relationship with her daughter and her idol, Dante. But seeing her fight her attraction is so much fun to read.
If I'm being totally honest, the beginning was a little slow for me, but the middle and end picked up. The complications of being a single mom with a rebellious teenager were felt on a deep heart level. The love story between Dante and Camille, really sweet. This is a book about second chances, mending fences, forgiveness and love.
