There are plenty of new expressions of art that you are not familiar with specially when the artists are from Asia or other countries where different cultures express its own art.
For example, when a piece of art is a big comb, higher than a human being what does that say? Another example was a complicated mechanism of trains/transport or when the heads of a few animals are cut and stand on wooden trunks/poles. That is why you would feel like these artists are "lunatic" or at least unstable. When you see an eye is magnified and put inside the wall framed while it moves in a strange way making you uncomfortable looking at it. It is hard to describe the feeling that comes to you whether it is fear or refusal to using a beautiful part of the human body in a "ugly" expression of art. The last thing you would remember about that museum is its unbelievable elevator which capacity hard to see anywhere else and its height could allow four people to stand on top of each other  
What's your take from this visit then? It shows you that some people were courageous enough to put their crazy ideas on paper (or in another shape of art) making a name for themselves out of showing these lunatic art ideas to others.
