Home sales slowed again in September! But year-to-date sales are still higher than last year.

First look at the single-family home sales through the end of September 2021:
September Property sales were 1,929, down -16.9% from 2,322 in September of 2020 and -21.5% lower than the 2,458 sales last month. September 2021 sales were at a mid-level compared to September of 2020 and 2019. September YTD sales of 18,010 are running 3.9% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 17,340

According to the National Association of Realtors® the numbers through August. (Always a month behind)
NAR reports: August 2021 brought 5.88 million in sales, a median sales price of $356,700, and 2.6 months of inventory. The median sales price is up 14.9% year over year, and inventory is down 0.4 months from August 2020.
