We know as an agent having a lead generation plan is vital to your business, but without bringing extra value to potential clients, you might be making it harder for yourself. We want to make sure when you are reaching out to prospects you are setting yourself up for success by sharing information that will intrigue them.

Here are some tips to get you started:

  • Create your plan: Before you start your cold outreach, compile a list of at least five prospects that you would like to target. Make sure you have their name, email, phone number, and address. A couple of great ideas to help you get started are working your sphere of influence, reaching out to contacts you've collected from open houses, or contacts from social media.
  • Share their property: 
    • Step 1: Once you compiled your targeted list, log into your Agent Dashboard.
    • Step 2: Click the green "Add Property" button in the top left corner
    • Step 3: Type in any detached, single-family home address to add it to your dashboard
    • Step 4: Click the share button to create a personalized invitation for your prospect and then copy & paste it into an email or text
      • Examples:
        • Share link message: "Hey Anne, it has been a while since we have last spoken, but I found this fun tool where you can explore different pre-approved projects within your home! Check it out here."
        • Email: "Hey Anne, Hope you are doing well! I came across this innovative, fun tool and thought you would enjoy it. It shows you pre-approved plans customized to your property along with ROI insights. Check it out here: *paste link*. Let me know if you would like to go over it! I look forward to hearing back from you soon. Best, Agent Name"
    • Step 5: Once your prospect creates an account and logs into Realm, we will notify you to reach back out to them so you can continue nurturing your relationship.

The more personal the outreach, the better the response rate. Give this tactic a try and add value to your prospects from the first touchpoint!
