Mordy Reisman was named Senior Credit Analyst and Christopher Owen has been named Senior Credit Analyst in Eastern Union's Mortgage Applications and Setup Department. Additionally,

Debbi Waxenfeld was appointed Senior Underwriter.

In her management positions in the Credit Analysis and Organization Department, Mordy Reisman and Christopher Owen will oversee the compilation and formatting of clients' financial information provided by originators and brokers. You will manage the conversion of this information into the company's standard mortgage application model. Formatted data and information is then verified by underwriters and potential lenders.

Mr. Reisman who lives in Brooklyn, has extensive experience as a real estate manager and as a financial underwriter of commercial real estate. Prior to joining Eastern Union, he was a regional real estate manager and cost analyst for YMY Acquisitions, a real estate company based in Brooklyn.

Mr. Owen, who in Orlando, Florida, has many years of experience in the banking industry. Previously, he was a Member Service Representative for Fairwinds Credit Union in Greater Orlando. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Central Florida.

In her role as Senior Underwriter Debbi Waxenfeld will play a pivotal role in verifying the quality of assets seeking funding through Eastern Union. She will ensure that lenders provide credit to credible borrowers to pay off the mortgage in question. Mrs. Waxenfeld based in Syracuse and lives in Wampsville, will help verify that assets are capable of generating expected revenues, assist in submitting financial information to lenders, and work with Eastern Union brokers once loans are in process.

Ms. Waxenfeld was most recently an account manager for retirement provision at Equitable in. employed Syracuse. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration and management Columbia College and an associate degree in the same disciplines of the Utica Business School.
