Heyyy, happy August!! Is August the best month out of the year? I think so, but I may be bias since it is my birthday month. But really, August is like a perfect summer sunset, minus the craziness of kids going back to school. It just seems so calm.
Anyways, here is my monthly update for you all. As always, if there is information you would like to know more about, let me know and I will get it for you. But looking at it, homes are still selling for high dollar, but the market is shifting from sellers to buyers for sure.
